How can I book a Transfer in Italy?

How will I identify the driver?
Is it possible to book a transfer at night or early in the morning?
Yes, “Transfer in Italy” is available 24 hours a day, all year round, but  from 21:00 to 08:00, a 25% night supplement will be applied. Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve or Easter may be subject to change.
How far in advance should I book my transfer?
Transfers can be booked at least 72 hours in advance.
Are your drivers authorised?
Yes, all our drivers are licensed to perform this type of service.
In case of airport transfers, how long before I have to be there?
On the booking form you must fill in the field specifying the departure time of your flight, therefore you will see the exact pick-up time indicated.
Which vehicles are used for transfers?
All vehicles in our fleet are premium, Mercedes E-Class, Mercedes S-Class ( supplement is required), Mercedes V-Class, Mercedes Sprinter.
Is it possible to request an invoice for the service?
Yes, in order to request an invoice, you must register on our website and provide full company details.
Do I have to notify you if my flight, ship or train is delayed?
Flights, trains and boats are monitored at all times, so you don’t have to worry about contacting us.  Normally the waiting time is 1 hour from landing and 30 minutes for trains. After this period of time, our driver is authorised to leave.
Are transfers guaranteed?
Yes, they are guaranteed as long as all the information provided on the booking form is correct and you have received confirmation of the transfer by email.
Is the service shared with other persons?
No, our services are private services, and are not shared with any passenger not listed on the booking form.
How many people can travel in the vehicle?
The number of seats indicated for each vehicle is the maximum number of people who can travel in addition to the driver.
Are baby seats available?
Yes, one or more baby seats are available on request.
How long will the driver wait for me?
Airports: 1 hour from the effective landing time of the flight.
Is it possible to transport a wheelchair or sports equipment inside the vehicle?
In order to transport a wheelchair or sports equipment, it is necessary to book the van service. The wheelchair must be foldable.
How many pieces of luggage can I take?
One large suitcase (23 kilos) plus one carry-on. In the case of additional luggage, please let us know at the time of booking.
How can I change or cancel a reservation?
Up to 72 hours before the service, the booking can be changed without penalty; after this time, a new reservation must be made and the previous one cannot be refunded.
